AVG, Spybot S%26D and Lavasoft AdAware...

If you are using Windows XP, also try CCleaner and regscrubxp... both are also freeware... These last two do not protect, but do help keep your system running smoothly when used properly...

honestly...........the best way to prevent these invasion is to stay away from the pron sites.......

caution when opening your mail. don't open anything from anyone you don't know.

and last but not least is only YOU use you p/c.....personal-computer means only for one person.
