i've been using this laptop for a while,one day the sound just went away.someone told me mayb a virus came from limewire and erased my sound device i already tried to scan for viruses, and i dont know how to install a new sound device or if i even can...PLEASE HELP ME!!! also the screen has been going blank out of no where all i can do is restart it..could this b a virus too?
